Cancellation Policy
Nail Service Booking Policy 1. Appointments: - All booked appointments must be scheduled in advance, either through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at the salon. (This - A valid contact number and email address are required to secure your appointment. 2. Deposit: - A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total service cost. 3. Cancellation Policy: - Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 4. Late Arrivals: - We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that time, the appointment may be shortened, or rescheduled, at the discretion of the technician. - Arrivals later than 20 may result in the appointment being considered a no-show. 5. Rescheduling: - Clients are permitted to reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation. 6. Health & Safety: - If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have any nail conditions (e.g., fungal infections), please inform us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases to protect the health and safety of our staff and other clients. - For your safety, please disclose any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. 7. Service Guarantee: - We aim for complete satisfaction with every service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to rectify the issue. 8. Group Bookings & Special Events: - For group bookings or special events, we require at least 5 days notice for scheduling. A 50% deposit is required to hold group appointments. - Any changes or cancellations for group bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance. 9. Payment: - Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, cash, credit cards, and mobile payment options. 10. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for arriving on time and following pre- and post-care instructions provided by the technician to ensure the best results.
